About Paul
Paul Hinks has been an established and trusted referee with the PDC (Professional Darts Corporation). Paul is a well known voice on the circuit and rarely makes any miscalls. Hinks started in the local leagues with chalking many matches. Via that route, he gained his chace to call for the County of Yorkshire and thats where he later met Dennis Priestley.
With Dennis, he did many exhibitions and it was Priestley who advised Paul to apply with the PDC. During the 2004 matchplay he got the chance to call one match and he took the opportunity with both hands!. He is now an established member of the PDC team. Hinks remains active in darts as a caller for among others; the World Seniors tour and the Modus Super Series. He is now the established go-to referee for Showtime Darts Events! Paul is a darts legend and will always make himself available for photos during the interval where possible during our events. Never be shy of asking!
