As an Official Event Sponsor, you will receive an exclusive, high-visibility promotional package including:

• A VIP table of ten tickets for the event, positioned within the first two rows of tables as a recognised Official Sponsor
• On-stage sponsorship acknowledgements throughout the event
• Recognition as one of only six Official Event Sponsors, ensuring premium brand exclusivity
• Logo placement across all digital promotions, including social media posts, the event webpage, and email invitations
• Opportunity to display a banner or roll-up at the venue (provided by the Sponsor)
• Opportunity to display A5 leaflets on all tables (provided by the Sponsor if you wish)
• Advertising presence at the centre of all guest tables
• Ongoing advertising exposure on all venue televisions between matches and during player walk-ons
• Your business name featured in a scrolling carousel along the bottom of all screens during the event
• Artwork resizing and formatting are included as part of the sponsorship fee for on-screen advertising

• Sponsor mentioned in the post-event thank-you email sent to all attendees

Our events are usually held at venues with capacities of between 120 and 200 guests.
